Refund Policy Highlights

LeanHyphen offers a free lesson so you and your teen can experience the platform before purchasing.

Eligible when requested within 7 days, fewer than 3 lessons are completed, and no previous refund was received.

A 50% refund may be considered if the request is between 8 and 14 days and less than 30% of content has been accessed.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and policy changes are communicated via email and on the website.

Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

Request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase

You have completed fewer than 3 lessons or scenarios across all courses

You have not previously received a refund from LeanHyphen

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

After 14 days from the date of purchase

If more than 30% of the course content has been accessed

For renewal subscriptions if you fail to cancel before the renewal date

If the account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Use

Provide Details

Include your registered email address, date of purchase, transaction ID or payment reference, and the reason for the refund request.

Acknowledgement

Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and review eligibility.

Refund Processed

Eligible refunds are processed within 7-10 working days and credited back to the original payment method.

LeanHyphen reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
In case of disputes, our decision will be final and binding.
This policy is in addition to and does not override your statutory rights as a consumer.
